Faith was angry. And when Faith was angry, she didn't stop at shouting and slamming doors. When Faith was angry, she had to break things.

"I didn't mean to," she would say afterwards and Willow would nod and hug her and tell her it was fine.

Faith as a general rule still didn't do apologies. Her pride got in her way too often. But Willow understood the words she didn't say and accepted them.

"It's only good that you are a Slayer and not a witch," Willow said.

Faith smiled. "Yeah. Otherwise, the world would be in flames by now."
